What makes this even worse is that the hotel had every opportunity to be honest. If someone had simply told us the truth even one of the many times we called, we would have canceled and booked elsewhere. Instead, your staff repeatedly gave assurances that directly influenced our decision to keep the reservation, only for those assurances to mean absolutely nothing once we arrived. This was not just inconvenient. It disrupted an entire family event. It deprived us of time to rest before a major celebration. It created unnecessary tension among relatives who had traveled and relied on the arrangements we confirmed with your property. It completely undermined the trust we placed in your brand. The emotional stress and logistical disruption this caused to our family during such an important occasion is unacceptable. We have documented this entire experience, including our pre-planning efforts, repeated communications with the hotel, and the events that unfolded upon arrival. I will be sharing this isolated experience publicly across every social media platform available to me, and members of my family will also be sharing their experiences. People deserve to know exactly how this property handled a family who did everything possible to plan responsibly and communicate in advance. This experience has permanently damaged our trust in this property and has ensured that this will be our absolute last stay. I am requesting immediate review by executive leadership, direct acknowledgment of this failure, and an appropriate resolution for the severe inconvenience and frustration caused to my family.

Kaleshia is the absolute best. Great customer service, very helpful; she made sure I got what I needed for my stay. The hotel is very clean. It smelled so good; Very quiet I was actually able to relax. Didn't stay for breakfast, but I'm sure it was delicious. I will be back in June. Thank you guys so much.
