"My top choice to stay"

This was my 2nd stay at Hampton Inn Lanett/West Point. Like my last visit, it was excellent in every way. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean from the lobby, elevators to the beautiful room. We thoroughly enjoyed the free breakfast. It was well prepared and all areas were clean. I was very impressed with attention to detail provided by Amy Craven to our needs. All in all, Hampton Inn will always be my first choice Sincerely, William Turner

Checking in was a breeze. Took under 5 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a good variety and delicious.

The lady who checked us in was phenomenal, she was an African American woman with braided or dreaded hair. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. The lady in the kitchen was awesome as well.

You could have had some turkey or chicken sausage. Everyone doesn't eat pork but other than that you guys are outstanding. Fitness could be 24 hours, that would be cool

Clean, friendly people, decent bathroom.

No water. I’m not paying 5 bucks for water. Bed was uncomfortable. Television at an awkward angle. Poor selection on TV. Hallway was warm and smelled like dog. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a Hampton. Lukewarm, bland. No milk. To tell you the truth, the whole place felt cheap. I stayed at a discount motel the night before, for half the price and had a better bed and better accommodations.

Amy who did the breakfast was wonderful. Location

I had asked a week prior for an early check in. One one site it said 3pm but then it was 4 pm. We needed to freshen up before my daughter’s rehearsal dinner. We were unable to check in and have time to get to rehearsal. We have been Hilton members for 20 years. We only had 1 washcloth in our room. The TV was difficult to finds channels. You were either sweating or freezing in room. My husband wasn’t able to hang his suit in closet because it wasn’t deep enough. Refrigerator was very small

Well S/O to Ms Kalesia although she's a GA bulldog fan lol very sweet great customer service love her energy because boy did I have a day. The hotel was amazing room was clean very quiet the kids love the pool
