Hilton Garden Inn Clovis

We did not receive maid service during our 2 night stay. Other than that the hotel was great and customer service outstanding… except for maid service.

The worst service from Ben at the front desk. I travel for business and with my kids for sports. I have never felt more I degraded and made to feel like garbage. I misplaced my card that I designate for hotel stays. The card is on my Apple Wallet and is the payment on my Hilton account online. I was told I could not use my Apple Pay that the hotel didn't have the technology. I then requested to cancel reservation and rebook online using my card that is connected to my Hilton account.. I was told if I cancel my reservation I would not be guaranteed a room and I would not get the price I originally booked. The hotel was full and I would be out of luck . Unfortunately like many of us, I am pay check to pay check , that is why I have a designated card for Hotel Bookings. I wish I had the option to have $400 sitting around. All I wanted was to rebook for the same price with the same room online. Instead I felt degraded and shamed that I can't afford a hotel. /'d what was I thinking not having any money coming to a hotel. Thanks Ben, for making feel like low class citizen. No one should be treated so poorly and degraded. 2 1/2 hours from home with two teenage boys and scrambling for money because Ben refused to accommodate. Sorry I don't have extra $$ sitting in my checking account and I didn't come to a hotel with no money as you singled out. Yes I misplaced my card for which I thought I planned by saving it to Apple Pay and my online Hilton account.

This place sucks. My wife hade to put the sheets on the bed. They said they were too busy and only would drop off towels. Manager was very short when asked to do the room up. The guarantee in the room states if something needs to be done, they would gladly do it Guaranteed. I have stayed Motel 6's that offered better service than this. Will definitely not stay at another Hilton.What we thought would be a great choice for our 44th anniversary turned out to be a disaster.
