Room is very dated. Hotel is older, Needs an update. Too much money for an eh room. Townplace by Marriot next door was far superior. Was expecting nicer room.

Nice place but very noisy at times, supposedly a pool curfew but either management didn't do 5heir job or guest ignored said curfew. Restaurant prices were too high. Front desk night worker was rude

I loved the seating area in the lobby that everyone was able to enjoy and that we were able to easily purchase snacks and drinks. We also enjoyed the bar.

Bed - hard and uncomfortable and found hair near the pillow. Bathroom light - connected to main room light and bathroom door automatically closes too fast.

The pool was very warm and clean. The jacuzzi was also clean and very hot💯

room service is not offered despite the advertisement. decor is old carpet was loose on floor. restaurant was closed and paid breakfast was 18 per person and looked like a continental breakfast.

If you’re considering Hilton Garden Inn Clovis for your stay, think twice. As a frequent Hilton guest, I chose this location specifically because Hilton Garden Inns are known for having an on-site restaurant. The whole appeal is being able to enjoy a meal without having to leave the hotel—especially after a long day. So imagine my frustration when I arrived, only to find the restaurant completely closed because they failed to schedule a cook. No warning, no notice on the Hilton app, and no mention during booking—just a locked-up restaurant and a lame excuse at the front desk. This wasn’t a one-off inconvenience; it was a complete failure to deliver on what Hilton Garden Inns are known for. If I wanted to search for food or order from DoorDash, I would have stayed at a budget motel. I booked here to avoid having to leave the hotel for a meal. To make matters worse, no compensation, no apology, just a shrug and “Sorry, no cook.” Hilton should be embarrassed to have this property under their brand. If the restaurant is closed, advertise it on the app, update your amenities, and inform your guests. Don’t bait and switch your customers by advertising a service you have no intention of providing. I will absolutely reconsider ever staying at this location again—and if this is where Hilton Garden Inn standards are headed, I may reconsider Hilton altogether.
