Property was nice !

Comfortable bed !

The hotel and my room could definitely use some upgrades. The main problem was that I had no hot water at all. I left the shower running for over 5 minutes and still no hot water. When I went to check out early, I was going to tell the front desk, but she took my key, told me to have a nice day and turned around to talk to the other staff that was standing around the front desk. Dissapointed.

Room could use some updates and repairs. NO HOT WATER.

The front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly, accommodating and really enjoyed making sure we were happy! We were there fri nov 21-23 for a wedding. Very nice stay

Breakfast did not try, Location was great, plenty stores near by. Room was good clean to go visit again. overall good people.

Room was spacious

Had to wait for 1hr to check in. Rooms were not ready, there was a long line of ppl that were also checking in. When we arrived there were other guests who also had to wait to check into their room. Didn't help that they only had 1 person at the front desk. Also, room keys were not working. Guests had to be be helped going to their room since room keys were not working at the elevators. Felt bad for the staff, look like they were trying. Just felt that they were I'll prepared. Not sure what went wrong, if they knew ahead of time that they were going to be full, should have had more staff.

Oh my gosh, I absolutely love this hotel! Whenever I visit Sa, I make sure to stay here. Rebecca at the front desk is just incredible. She’s so friendly, accommodating, and easy to chat with. She’s definitely one of the reasons why I keep coming back. The rooms are always clean and smell amazing. The cleaning staff are also nice and easy to talk to. Overall, it’s a great experience! It’s also a great location close to the mall etc

Location and cleanliness of room and lounge area. Staff was extremely pleasant.

Only reason was the phone in hotel kept beeping throughout the night. I had to connect phone but still beeping so I wrapped the phone in a towel to keep the sound low. But was very annoying could not sleep but overall I enjoy staying at Aloft I stayed with them before in Corpus Christi.

Everyone reviews are terrible lol but I have come to San Antonio often and stay almost at every hotel around the airport , they are old or their ac doesn’t work . This is a good hotel and no expensive . You have target walking distance, pho restaurant , Panda Express and also breakfast restaurant and other restaurants. The people at front desk very friendly and if you have a pet they very welcoming
