Aloft by Marriott San Antonio Airport

The facility was very clean and nice

The hotel had an issue and delayed our check in by 2 hours. When I first approached the desk to check in I was greeted with frustration and annoyance and told there was a delay in checking in. I left my number and returned to the conference room that my family had reserved for an event. I was never called and notified about my room being ready and returned to find a line wrapping around the lobby. Guests were being checked in and individually escorted and I was finally told that the reason we couldn’t check in was because the key system went down. I did not appreciate the unprofessional manner that this issue was handled and would have been more understanding of the situation if it was explained properly.

I had to pay a pet fee. I've been staying at this location for years and have never paid a pet fee until this stay. I won't be staying here anymore

In one room the tv didn’t work and both rooms didn’t have hot water

We are a touring band on the road coming from Tucson, AZ, and stayed at the Aloft Hotel near the San Antonio Airport. The parking lot felt secure for our van and gear and the front desk staff were very friendly! The lobby was very open with games, as well as a pretty large common area. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were clean. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re passing through San Antonio. The hotel was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable.

The bartender was extremely nice on Friday but rude and short on Saturday.

No parking at night

Room was dirty and barely had light, shower broke. very disappointing.
