We were very pleased with everything. the only surprise is the office for check-in was not at the address given through Expedia. I'm not sure how long it would have taken us to learn where check in was, except for another guest.

"Shoutout to Tyrell and Anna for the awesome experience!! :)"

Upon arrival we were greeted by Anna and helped us get our room as soon as possible. She was very nice and even drove us to our room herself and explained everything we needed to know. Tyrell also helped us out by coming to our room very quickly when our room keys did not work and honored us our free drinks since it interfered with us missing out on happy hour! He was very nice about it and let us extend our check out time since my friend and I had our flights back home later in the day. They were very understanding and considerate of our situation and even texted me every day to check in on us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything! So shoutout to both of them for the awesome customer service, it is greatly appreciated!! My friend and I do plan on returning to St Pete and we FOR SURE will consider coming back to the Bay palm waterfront resort!! :) thank you!!

Loved my stay at the Bay Palms! The rooms are quaint and pleasantly decorated. If you want a small kitchenette that is available. There is a beautiful deck over looking a nice marina where you can sit and watch a beautiful sunrise or watch the manatees swimming! Check in was easy and the employees were very informative and helpful! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!! This is not a “fancy hotel” I would call this a hidden gem!!!

Loved our room!! Perfect placement for us and the pups. Parking was available but it right off the road so getting out we were cautious but with the traffic flow it was no problem. Room was very clean and more up to date then expected.
