Courteous staff and clean. Shower fixtures and head need replaced, need better pillows would be nice. It’s conveniently located.

It was a clean facility, room, breakfast,pool everything was great

The only reason I gave this property an 8 was because some kids pulled the fire alarm at 10:30 at night and had the whole hotel awake and fire department had to come. Not hotels fault but really ridiculous and annoying

Very attentive staff

Some of the guests had children that wasn't being controlled and pulled the fire alarm in the building. Which in turn called out the local FD for an unnecessary reason. As a fellow first responder, that was totally uncalled for to make a false call.

"Good Choice"

Inn was pleasant overall. Staff was responsive and friendly. Our suite was large, comfortable, clean with the expected amenities. Inn is close to a number of good restaurants and malls. The actual locations is a bit awkward as it is down a long hill with somewhat limited parking in the front. We stayed two night so we could go to the Pro Football Hall of Fame which is 15 min or so away. Would stay here again.

the breakfast was amazing and the choices were perfect. It was nice that there was a different egg/meat selection each day

There was a tinge of paint on the ceiling in our shower that was coming own
