Over billing on incedentals, trumped up charges! Just crazy, was out of hot coffee, pool area was a mess. Tv remote didn't work right! Noisy, just not worth the money they charge! Definitely been to cheaper places that had way better facilities!

"Stained pillows!"

Quiet Room, big suite, nice cold AC. Toilet ran continuously. Two pillows stained brown/yellow. It was a nice big suite with lots of room to walk around. But the toilet running all night got old. Two of the pillows didn’t have pillowcase covers exposing their yellow/brown stains. This prompted me to buy waterproof pillowcase covers for all future hotel stays.

"Wonderful Place "

A great trip to go see the FHF. Close to everything you need and a wonderful place to relax after your day. I don’t give 5 stars easily. The staff was great in all aspects of hospitality.

The room, was extremely spacious. Queen suite also had a sleep sofa. Microwave & fridge in the room, was definitely a plus. The location, was perfect. Shopping, gas & food, just a couple of traffic lights, away. We, was there for Pro Football Hall of Fame, which, was also minutes, away.

We were only there a couple of days/nights so I didn’t find much to complain, about. The ONLY major disappointment, was the hot water in the shower NEVER got hot! Neither night. Luke warm at best. Also, cats, cats & more cats were there to greet us, upon arrival. From what I heard they are a staple on the property.

Rachal was amazing prior to & at check-in! I will continue to use this hotel, ALWAYS, moving forward when our family visits our hometown from Reynoldsburg!! I even had a chance to enjoy their hot tub & pool!!
