"Worst hotel stay ever"

No key cards the entire stay so we had to find an employee to let us in the room every time and the pool. The first room they gave me stunk very bad and had hair on the comforter. The second room smelled better but toilet would hardly flush, door handles were broken, thermostat would not work. The fountain out front was broken and had swampy water , park bench out front was covered in bird poop, elevator floor was torn up and had a rug partially covering it. I will not return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone else.

The hot breakfast we thought we were getting was Cold.

When booked I paid for a King Private suite, When we got to hotel they tried telling me I booked a Queen, they said it was overbooked and Queen was all they had , I continued explaining to them I definitely booked a king suite finally they moved us to king suite, room was very poorly cleaned had toaster in kitchen area and appeared very filthy , headboard of bed had some nasty looking spots on it , toilet paper holder was inoperable toilet tissue was just set on shelf ,shower valve was backwards when first turn on should have cold water but had hot immediately, other than that seemed ok!
