The room stank bad, then they put us by a side exit door & the door started opening & slamming shut at around 4:30 - 5:00 am - couldn’t sleep. asked to switch rooms the following day was ignored

"After I entered my room I promptly left and got a new hotel."

Lamps had no light bulbs. Room description said it was a king, was not a king. There was a foul smell throughout the hotel. Staff did not look professional.
