Place was clean and staff were friendly.

I was not informed of renovations. We had only HOT water so I was unable to shower before my event. They said they would send maintenance but no one came. Breakfast was a disappointment as they had nothing hot because of renovations. I've stayed at plenty Holiday Inn Express and chose this because of my past experiences but this one was very disappointing. To pay $180 for 1 night and not even able to shower when needed is crazy.
