"Disappointing"

Breakfast terrible. Lobby was being renovated, but I wasn’t aware of this until after I had paid for the reservation. Breakfast in temporary facilities and really disappointing. One morning they didn’t bring washcloths to my room when they changed towels. I went that afternoon to ask for them. They said they would send them up and they didn’t so, I had to ask again the next day. Two mornings did not receive K cups for coffee maker. Second day went down to ask for them and they didn’t have any. Overall a disappointing stay. I had stayed at this hotel three years ago and it was much much better. I don’t think I’ll return.

"Clean, fresh linens, comfortable bed and pillows, and clean pool."

Despite the fact it was under renovation, the rooms and everything was very clean and fresh.

Our room faced the highway, it was very noisy. However, we would definitely stay here again, but just request a room on the north side of the bulking.

"Good and "Typical HIE""

I stayed for a single night while in the area on business. This property is easy to find and is close to the 401. There seems to be plenty of parking and there are restaurants, gas stations, etc. close by. Check in was quick and very friendly. The hotel is "typical HIE" which is fine. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Everything worked well and I only have two complaints. Bathroom lighting wasn't great and the bed seems worn out and saggy. I would definitely stay here again despite the two minor issues.
