N/A I loved everything
The room was very nice and clean except for the refrigerator which still had food it in from a previous person. But the show head, although in general was a wonderful spray, was too wide and hit the wall and curtain and was angled in a way that was a) hard to not be in the water in order to lather myself up and b) made it hard to rinse off. The TV in the room was not great - not only did it not have a channel guide that was usable (it has a list of channels with numbers but no channel names) but there was no program guide so one didn't know which channel had what playing - made it impossible to find a movie. The breakfast was very good for what they had. But there was no potato which I like with my eggs. They did have turkey sausage which was very tasty and their biscuits were excellent. The coffee was very good. But the bins of hot food had lids that would not stay open and there was no place to put one's plate so it was hard getting the food out. I would not be so critical except this one night stay cost $250! If they want to charge those prices everything should be really good.

USUSI liked the cleanliness of the building and the coffee machine.
I did not like when I asked to get extra blankets and pillows for the small children I had with me and they only allowed me to have ONE extra pillow and ONE small thin blanket. Honestly it outrages me that we paid 200$ for one night and they couldn’t treat us with respect. If I ask for 10 blankets I should be able to get them. Period.
