Nice staff. The breakfast quality was very good. Rooms are smaller than described. Cleaning staff very responsive and organized.
Unfortunately we had to be moved the TV was out but Staff was nice.

Overall this hotel is fantastic - if you need two separate sleeping rooms when you travel, then this hotel is almost perfect. It is spacious and clean and the breakfast is very good. The only suggestion I have if you are planning on utilizing the fold out couch as a sleeping option, this bed was the worst sofa beds I have ever tried to sleep on. A $30 blow up mattress on top of that did the trick.
The staff was great, so friendly, and very helpful. I did ask about the pool and was told it was heated at 75 degrees always. That was definitely not correct. That pool was freezing. I had two kids with me and even they said it was too cold. The hot tub was great but we chose this hotel for the pool and being inside I didn't expect it to be that cold. Very disappointing but, the rest of the hotel was great. The breakfast was awesome too.
This location has awesome people. Katie at the front desk is helpful and friendly. The breakfast hostess, Julia, is the hardest-working attendant we have ever seen, in our many Holiday Inn Express visits in the recent past. She is conscientious and thorough in her job, repeatedly coming out to check the breakfast item offerings. She did a lovely job of artfully arranging cucumber slices in the iced water dispenser in the lobby. Many thanks!
It's a "good" HIE, no big problems or qualities but a bit overpriced. Typical breakfast and amenities. Very predictable property.
