Clean room staff was accommodating and polite when I called to say I was running late.
It was clean but front desk called police because she thought she smelled smoke.

There was nothing to dislike it was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in a long time the host was great at check in plus out. Our room was fresh smelling with a clean smell. Love it that they only allow service dogs only which is awesome. Breakfast needs some work as they only had skim milk to drink also need 2%or whole milk also , plus the juices wat luke warm . All food from a inspection point would have been tossed due to serving temps were not at the correct temp. Other than that the property was very clean . Work on the breakfast put more options in for the price that is charged for the room.
USRoom was clean and nice. Hotel was in a safe area.

I was told by the blonde at the front desk the laundry was open. It was broken and closed. The hot tub has skin from people's bodies floating around in the water. I told agent as I left the next day and didn't get offered anything about the blonde lying to me about the laundry area. She said she guess the other shifts didn't communicate with each other.
