Great location with kangaroos and wildlife around the property and lovely ocean views

Excellent location. Brilliant view; love the apartment - the decor is tasteful, elegant (nice artwork and furniture - not tacky or cheap, cliche beach theme) we had the perfect un-interrupted view of the coastline. Totally amazing. Our apartment had privacy and was quiet most of the time. The beds were so comfortable we slept in most of the time and we could've stayed in more days if we could as the views, the space and the apartment amenities were great. Watching the kangaroos graze and laze about on the lawn below us, watching the waves roll in, watching the kite surfers ride the strong waves is just super! The apartment overall had great energy and feel. It's not perfect and I'm quite particular and well travelled world wide (we travel every 6 weeks in every part of the globe in mostly 5-6 star accom and I'm OCD) But a place doesn't have always have be swanky or brand new - just needs to have character and the owners' personality always reflects it - and this one has it. It's comfortable and the staff we interacted with were always friendly, welcoming, warm and helpful. We had a wonderful and experience. We did the Point Lookout walk. It's so close to shopping (I shopped like crazy as an interior designer and made new contacts for my projects!) and went to great restaurants and found new sources for fish rillets! yeyy! And you have a great Medical center with again brilliant doctors and nurses who attended to us (I have 3 boys who love to climb rocks (and you have plenty) . Brilliant Straddie - We will be back. Such a beautiful place this part of the world.

A couple of early morning (7-8am) inconsiderate young families playing cricket on the lawn screaming and crying and leaving their dining chairs and cricket bats scattered on grass like it's their personal property without care for other guests. And one guest setting off the fire alarm cooking breakfast.

It was great location and close to everything you need.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The sound insulation is extremely poor; we could clearly hear the guests upstairs talking loudly and were unable to fall asleep until midnight. To make matters worse, management appears to be unavailable on weekends. We attempted to contact them via email and the Booking.com app regarding the noise, but received absolutely no response.
