No microwave, upon asking they said for eco-friendly reason can’t be provided. Also had key access issue in between, which required couple times back forth before they could send someone. Overall, great stay!

It’s a very good 5 star hotel. Very comfortable and quiet. Easy access to the food court. Inside the clock tower. Just be prepared to walk a bit and switching elevators, otherwise A hotel.

Amazing hotel. Very close to Masjid Al Haram entrance and inside the Clock Tower. Having the mall in the same building was very convenient.
