Aria Apartments

Good location to beach and eateries.

Construction noise was continual and this should have been made clear to us prior to booking. There was no indication of construction noise occurring and no courteous partial refund offered- very disappointing.

Appartement très confortable et très bien équipé. Situation géographique impeccable. piscine chauffée et de bonne dimension pour nager. Remplacement du linge de toilette et de literie en milieu de séjour très apprécié. WIFI gratuit et de très bonne qualité.

l'horaire de notre vol nous a imposé une arrivée tardive. Le protocole pour entrer dans le hall principal de l'immeuble nécessite d'appeler par téléphone le service de sécurité, ce qui n'était pas possible avec notre carte e-sim n'ayant qu'un accès internet. Nous avions bien reçu le code secret pour récupérer les clefs dans le coffre. Heureusement que des habitants de l'immeuble sont arrivés et nous ont ouverts. merci

Location facilities staff all were great

Good location, near beach and shops, large apartment. Good pool, sauna and saltwater spa. Staff we helpful and friendly. Good sunrise each morning (June).

Lot of the apartment appliances were broken; vacuum, dishwasher, lounge TV. Street noise until 10pm most nights, construction noise during the day.

Aria apartments is located in the central Broadbeach area. It is close to everything including the bars, beach, Oasis shopping centre and the tram station. We booked the 4 room apartment, ground floor as we were 2 families of 4 staying in the same apartment. The rooms were spacious and bedding configuration was great. With 3 bathrooms, we had plenty of space to move around the apartment. The full kitchen ensured we were able to have meals in the apartment when required. Although we wouldn't book Aria apartments again, it did provide what we needed for the 8 days that we were there.

There were factors both within and outside of the apartments control that really let the stay down. Firstly the factors outside their control: There is an apartment building being built right next door. Construction starts at 6am each weekday. It is noisy. The apartment is built ontop of a number of bars and restaurants. We were in room 201 which is ont the 2nd floor of the Apartment block, right above the bars. It was very loud. Even with the doors and windows shut it was like we were right in the bar. Noise was very loud. There were a number of issues with our apartment which are well within the control of Aria apartments: room 201 is tired and needs alot of work. The room was advertised as having a private outdoor patio with our own barbecue. The outside was very dirty and rusty. The canvass canopy had numerous holes in it. It was not a pleasant area to sit. There was construction happening a few floors up and on a couple of days the dust was falling down onto the patio and furniture. This made the space unusable. There was no private barbecue in this space. There were 2 barbecues at the other end of the courtyard for everyone to use. The photos in the advert only show 2 of the 3 bathrooms. The 3rd bathroom is adequate but very weird. The toilet is surrounded by glass panels including a glass door. There are numerous tiles in the showers which are cracked and the tiles kn the bathroom floors have lost their enamel. The 4th bedroom (media room converted to a bedroom) does not have any windows. It does have the high voltage power boxes on the wall. All the beds are on wheels and the floors are all a wood laminate. So if you're a restless sleeper the bed will move throughout the night. There was an 85 inch tv in the lounge. Whist it looked great, it was too big for the room. The power socket beding the TV has been removed to accommodate the size of the TV so the cables are exposed.

The location of the property was perfect for the event we attended.

There were numerous aspects in relation to cleanliness at the property I believe were not up to standard, including unwashed crockery in the cupboard, broken utensils, dirty & broken glasses in the cupboard.
