Some of the staff were ok, but generally was difficult to get them to understand our requirements , part of the daily jobs were maintained

Breakfast was not provided as a continental one, but when we asked about it they said it was, overall standard was not as described on the web.generally the staff were not up to a standard where by they could explain , if ever they improve their service schedules than may would very sad and overall

Elegant hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the single room was large enough, the bed comfortable, the bathroom a tat old but functional, perfect location right by Sayaji Gardens, 5min from the train station, I cannot fault this hotel, will be back on my next trip to Vadodara.

Furnitures are old .TV channels are not upto the mark for cosmopolitan traveller's.
