Food and housekeeping services great

We checked in late night. At the time of check-in, front office staff was arguing with one of the guest who was checking out. After that as soon as the guest left the hotel the front office staff used abusive words for him and that to in front of us which is not a good sign. Train your staff to behave properly and not to pass a loose talk among the staff members in front of the guests

"The good and the bad!"

Location and staff support

Rooms were having a damp smell. Facilities like tea sachets and bathroom slippers were provided only after multiple calls. Difference in room count compared to Booking.com bill and hotel invoice, but staff resolved issue soon when I didn't agree to it . Booking.com showed 20 rooms, but hotel invoice showed only 18.
