Odalarda havlu ve su olmaması gerçekten şaşırttı

It’s hectic hotel. Dirty and bad smell. Room without window and minimal conditions. Where 3 stars? It is LIE! It is the worst hotel I visit ever. Never reserve room in this hotel. Look at lots of normal hotel around it. When I come I check out in 15 minutes.

Smell of the room, it's everywhere in whole hotel, but in bedrooms... It's awful. Don't recommended

Heating system, cleanliness, Reception behavior

Nothing

I arrived at 11:30 pm as it was mentioned already at the time of my booking via Booking.com but the Reception said the room you have booked is not available although it was confirmed by the hotel. We can give you another room with the higher price. As it was mid night so I had to pay the higher price for the very low quality room. Therefore I do not recommend this hotel and I will not use Booking.com too.

The room was hot and bathroom is dirty the water make it flood and collected

In their announcement they write about having an air condition. But in reality no one of the rooms had air conditioning.
