Breakfast good, localisation okey, But rest of all....new low.

All different. Dirty, smell, poor, bad, room small whitout Sun, elevator was small, old. In hotel dirty, Wall have got very bad condition, people don't speak in English.

It's located in the center near Kizilay.

Staying in this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. Unfortunately, I booked the room for 7 days and while I was there, they didn't clean my room, even once -The smell of the toilet was excruciating and entered the room. the whole place smelled like sewage. -I was there during a cold season, they would not turn on the heat till 20:008 PM and they turn off the heat by 6 AM, it was extremely cold. (let alone the first three nights of my stay the heat was broken!!) -breakfast was below the expectation. -No matter how much you complain to the receptionist, they won't do anything, maybe because they don't understand English! -I woke up in the middle of the night to the smell of cigarettes in my room and it happened continuously! The list goes on and on...

Location is close to the city center. Breakfast was very basic.

The bedsheets, blanket, pillows were really not that good. Room looked ok but not that great clean.

Difficulty opening and closing the door (security risk). Toilet door looked like it was kicked in and damaged, overall a poor shabby experience
