I paid 30% more than the price written on the booking.com. Staff said there is no available room for that price, online booking often mixes things.

Kaldığım odada televizyon çalışmıyordu, pencere yoktu,klima da yoktu aşırı havasızdı, 2gün kaldım temizlik bile yapılmadı ve gece çok soğuktu.

In Bath hot water comes in 30 minutes after opening. Splashing system of bath is not working.

It was a good hotel right for others to book this

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, I was informed that the room I had booked was unavailable, and I was given a different one. No compensation was offered, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told, "What difference does it make, you're only staying for two nights." The room had no windows, and the bathroom ceiling was covered with stains and mold. There were peeling paint flakes and mold hanging from it. The tiles were partially falling off, and the smoke extractor was sealed in a way that made no sense to me. This was undoubtedly a negative experience that ruined my trip.

Bütçe dostu olduğu için tercih edilebilir ama beklentilerinizin çok düşük olması gerekiyor. Bina oldukça eski, eşyalar da öyle. Odanın yapısı pek kullanışlı değildi. Yine de şehir merkezine yakın olması açısından güzel. Eğer amacınız sadece geceyi geçirmek/yatmak ise tercih edilebilir bir yer ama konforunuzun ve ortamınızın güzel olduğu bir odada konaklamak isterseniz burada kalmanızı önermem.

訂的房間是有窗戶的照片，提供給我的是無窗戶的房間，老闆不懂英文，無法溝通有窗戶。房東拿有照片是房間做廣告，給的是無窗戶的房間，有欺騙消費者，請要預約此住宿的要小心。

Dolaplar ve çarşaflar çok kötü. Asansör bile zor çalışıyor bir an asansörde kaldık sandım. Yorgan ve çarşaf için bir dolap koymuşlar kapağı acmamla dolap üzerime gelmesi bir oldu. Ben çift kişilik bir oda tututum camsız ibaresi yoktu rezarvasyon yaparken sonradan camsız olduğunu öğrendim .
