Nothing to like. Total disaster

I get a room without a window. That was not mentioned in the booking. I had a breakfast too, but in reality was no breakfast, hotel, actually this ruin was in renovation, no one mentioned that. I asked to cancel my booking, I have sent request via booking and the reception said that he can’t cancel. Needs to do manager, and manager is not here.

Bath door handle was broken.

O da çok temiz değildi, gittiğimde Wi-Fi olmadığı için bekletildim, oda kapısının arkasında sürgü yoktu. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü.

The only positive thing about this hotel, which really didn't seem like a hotel to me because it had no facilities... was the reservation staff, who were very nice, kind, and customer-oriented.

Unfortunately, I booked the room online due to this and all the photos on the site were fake and the hotel rooms did not look like the pictures on the site at all. Compared to the price I paid, the hotel was very, very dirty, with no hot water, no heating, and no sanitary facilities in the bathroom or toilet. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. The telephone, TV, and kettles did not work in any of the rooms. There was no tea or water in the rooms. Due to renovation and repairs, all the rooms smelled of paint and cigarettes. The hotel management was very, very poor and I spent a very difficult night in this hotel and got sick from the extreme cold and lack of amenities. And I am not at all satisfied with my stay in this environment. It is really unfortunate that you do not receive any facilities for the money you pay. I was not satisfied with my stay at Ebro Hotel at all, but the hotel management did not agree to refund my money and I was not able to change my accommodation that night. Therefore, since I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
