Julie is great at what she does. She takes care of everyone. Hopefully management realizes what they have in her and goes above and beyond to take care of her; because that's what she does to keep her area moving forward.

Carpet was dirty in the lobby. Dead roach in the room. We were so tired we just stayed and rolled with it.

The lobby was inviting and clean. The room that we were given really sucked. The walls were dirty, and the bathroom wall was cracked. The floors were dirty, and there were holes in the carpet the television nor the telephone worked. We had to move to another room, that was a suite, but it was equally just as dirty. The doors on the inside were dirty, and the carpet was past due for a cleaning. The telephone did not work in the Alternate room either. We have to call the front desk to get assistance with the television and the remote. The furniture was also dirty and old. The arms of the furniture was heavily soiled with dirt and we did not even want to sit on the furniture. We were told that the hotel was in the mist of upgrading items in each room. If that is the case, then they should not have book rooms that were not even up to normal hotel room standards. It was awful and I would never stay there again. Some type of concession should have been made. The Hotel Clerk thought that she was helping us by saying that she was putting us in a suite and it was equally dissatisfying and distasteful. The hotel should’ve been closed until the renovations were complete or at least the rooms that were not up to standards.

Great place very blean

Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Oder in room. Broken doors cleanliness was horrible. Air conditioner wasn't putting out. Dog in another room barking through the night.

This property was not clean. The grounds has cigarette butts in front of the doors and the inside wasn't much better. At first appearance, it seemed to be ok. But upon a closer look, you could see the dust and dirt in the corners. Our carpets were nasty and so were the chairs. The water didn't get hot in the shower and before we got ready to check out, a roach made an appearance. I'm glad he showed himself because it kept me from eating the breakfast. I was so disappointed. The staff was pretty friendly but they are not doing a good job keeping this place clean. The bed was comfortable and they did have Dove products, which was good. Other than this.... Don't do it. They really need to come in and deep clean this property. It is giving Wyndham a BAD NAME!

I use to work there and believe me when I say DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY… I’m a clean person but the Hotel is just nasty and old and needs remodeled…it’s a animal friendly Place so they have soooo many fleas and mold in a lot of the rooms and they never fix it they just paint over it … some of the worker DONT change the sheets and they clean the sink with rags they clean the toilet with .. you’re better off staying in your car!!! They have a new Supervisor now and he is rascist he got rid of all the black workers and hired Indian people … they are also under investigation and can’t fail anymore inspections other wise they will be shutdown!!!

No issues with stay

The room was dusty. The hot tub jets didn’t work as well as they put in chemicals at 4 o’clock in the afternoon so no one could use it for a few hours. There was no notification that there wouldn’t be breakfast that morning as expected and all we could get was sorry there was no breakfast.
