DON"T STAY HERE... I am not even playing about it. I have zero idea why this property has a single good review. I had a water leak at my house and had to relocate in the middle of the night. This hotel is closest to my house so it seemed a no brainer to stay here. Lord what a mistake. While I appreciate getting a room at 1am so quickly, it took all we could do to not just leave if we hadn't been so exhausted. The night attendant was full on asleep and groggy while I tried to check in. She was very nice though. The halls were full of ripped carpets and we saw a bug right off the bat. The room was filthy! Brown stains dripping down the walls and furnishings, the furniture was all torn up and ratty. The carpeting in the room was ripping up, and my daughter saw three bugs in the bathroom. I will say the bedding was clean. Just a disgusting experience. We checked out the next morning and moved just 8 minutes up the road to exit 13. Several good clean choices there and we paid less for those rooms than this one!!! This is not a $100 room by any means. I feel like I got ripped off for sure.

The property is absolutely horrendous!!! Tried two rooms both had hair on the bed, one had black stains on the bed and the other had bugs on the bed. Very dirty everywhere!!! We left could not stay!!!

The hotel was easy to find off the highway and I chose it because it is dog friendly. Checking in and out was easy. They have a complimentary breakfast in the morning. If you bring drinks and snacks like I did, the rooms are supplied with a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. They do have an area for dogs to use the bathroom .

So, don’t believe ANY good reviews. This is the filthiest hotel I’ve ever seen. Stains in the shower, stains on the walls, carpet ripped in multiple places, the microwave was filthy and sticky, the sink didn’t drain, should I go on? Let me tell you about the mattress…my stomach turns to think about it. Normally, LaQuinta is my go to and this was so disappointing we had to leave. Looks nice from the exterior- it’s a nightmare in the rooms. We asked for a better room and the attendant said all of the rooms are the same and no guarantee it would be any better. On that note- pass on by my fellow travelers.

Walked into our first room and the a/c unit was in the middle of the floor. Went downstairs got a new room and everything felt damp in the room. Even the carpet was damp. Trash up and down hallways and someone had urinated in the elevator

Slow check in process. Key didn’t work so I had to go back down. Water in the sink tasted funny. Quiet and safe.

Good location and beds were great. My biggest issue was cleanliness. I made the mistake of walking across floors barefoot and they were slimy.

My stay in the hotel with my family is great. Had excellent hospitality. Room was excellent had nice view. Rooms were very clean bed was good with clean linens. Whenever needed staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Had many options. Coffee was 👍

Short but to the point trip, stayed needs upgrading but the staff there are great conversation people from breakfast to front desk ladies Brenda,Talalenieal and another lady that starts with a T.
