Staff cannot be faulted excellent and friendly throughout resort, initial welcome was a bit cold.

Food was awful, somany full plates being collected. Not eaten, benefit was I lost weight as was unable to eat and no options nearby. Very isolated result not even a shop on the resort. Basic cooking skills very absent.

Been here before. Loved it and still do. Will be back.

I booked a deluxe pool view, and I would say it was a good room. I travel a lot, and have been to many hotels but the room I think was overpriced for such a far destination. 1. I didnt like that its overpriced. 2. The bathroom floods when you shower. Mind you there is a separate cubicle for shower and toilet. The water from shower cant be contained just inside the shower even if it has doors, i walked out of the shower with a flooded bathroom. I thought it was just in my room but apparently some of my friends room habe the same problme, theyre booked at sea view 3. One of the doors by the bedroom that opens Up to the pool is BROKEN! The doors wont latch! Really? I paid a hefty price for a pool view with a broken door and risked getting robbed at the middle of the night. They gotta make sure atleast the room is well equipped 4. WIFI IS VERY BAD. FOr a time where internet is a necessity, this place has very poor reception! 5. The bathtub is unstable! For the love of christ, I was trying to get out of the tub when it tipped a little bit, i had to hold on to the sides so I dont slip!! UNSAFE 6. Checking out - We are all done checking out at the reception., all 3 cars, 4 rooms, which took us maybe 30min,,, when we reached the gate,, we were told to hold up and return to front desk because we still have to settle some stuff. The guard at the gate was saying it was the guard at the main building that said that when He shouldnt be the communicating to the guard house! Its supposed to be the main reception since checkout is at the reception and they will be able to clear us. We stayed for about 10 more minutes.

The landscaping is beautiful. The resort is Isolated and good venue for those seeking peace and quiet.

The beach is pebbly. Breakfast is varied and good but the a la carte during dinner is not up to par. No bathroom glasses provided. Standard room on the smaller side.

Relaxing and quiet place !!!! Swimming pools are great!!! Staff are very helpful and welcoming!!!
