Cambria Hotel Madison East

Generally speaking this was a good hotel. A couple of incidents during our stay would probably send me looking elsewhere before returning.

Disappointed as most cambria hotels have a chophouse. I has a burger with a square wendys style burgrr for 15.00. The best part of the meall was the 8.00 beer.

Good stay

Room was very clean. I wish you would have had a shuttle that could have driven us to downtown but we managed.

The staff was great, but the room with dirty. Our fridge was warm and smelt like spoiled trash, also a rather gross stain on the top layer of the bedding.

My spouse and I stay at the Cambria Hotel regularly, as it’s conveniently located near the UW Medical facilities where I receive cancer treatment. The hotel has become a comforting and reliable part of our monthly routine. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and I truly cannot say enough about the exceptional staff. The front desk team is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Faviola at the bar is a delight—her warm personality and excellent service make each visit feel special. We also had a lovely conversation with Michelle Santek during a recent stay. She went out of her way to ensure our reservations were set for our favorite room (201), and even shared her personal favorite room recommendation on a higher floor, which we look forward to trying in the future. The hotel's location, cleanliness, and staff are all outstanding. Additionally, their discount for patients being treated at the East Park UW Medical Facilities is both thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you for making each stay so smooth and comfortable—see you all again in June!

The hotel was clean butbthere were smokers thatvwerevstaying on the 2nd floor. By smokers i mean the skunky stuff otherwise hotel was very clean. I did letvthe staff lnow but they really couldn't do anything about it.

The room was really clean in all areas! Staff was super friendly and the beds were comfortable.

It was a fine stay, clean and staff was friendly however I reached out multiple times to ask for Tylenol and the front desk never answered and the text number never responded.
