Room was not cleaned, dirty curtains, dirty bathroom accessories, poor house keeping. Moreover there was no cool water facility at the restaurant, their reply was the fridge is not working. Food was also not worthy and tasty. However, breakfast was average and staff was friendly and cooperative especially Mr. Jinu's support to arrange another room upon notifying the cleanliness issues was worth commendable.

The hotel is a bit old in design but was neat and clean the staff behavior is okay the room in which I stayed had a fixed window with a small opening so some outdoor sounds were coming inside rest was good

Slight gap in the window and the door lock is confusing the restaurant isn't available 24x7 and the room rent is a bit highly-priced
