Space in rooms

Very poorly maintained. Desperately needs renovation. Room service late night was terrible. Restaurant service for breakfast was good.

Comfortable stay with breakfast and service. Only wish the -bathroom was larger and the toilet seat better placed. -The AC control was better

It’s an ok budget property for urgency and within budget limits

Our delegates from Spain was there. We have ordered food in the night as we reach there in the hotel late . My collegues have ordered some food and Restaurant team members said he will not accept any order after 10.30 , it was 10.32 pm , he said , he will NOT accept it . It was a bad experience to us especially to the guest , So we force to go to other hotel to have food, after having what ever given by him our of his mercy. If he so particalur on time management , he should maintain the same time management for all the matters.These sort of staff really spoil the reputation of the brand , as he is not agreed to take any order even what ever available. The guest where ready to take anything to resolve the hunger. The reason is they have not interested to serve the customer , his face and body language was really meant for !
