"Customer service"

I enjoyed the hotel but want to highlight Mr. Louma at the valet service, who went above and beyond to help my daughter get an item from our vehicle after it had been taken to the garage already. It helped make our stay so enjoyable and it was greatly appreciated.

Hotel was excellent. Great service, clean rooms, helpful, friendly staff. I had some trouble with my reservation through a travel agency, and John at the front counter went above and beyond to figure everything out and get me checked in.

"Tired of paying deposits"

Logistics seem out of kilter. Booked rooms prepaid. Receptionist wanted to charge me. Took a while to fix. Then they want 100 usd per night deposit "incase you want something" so 400$ just in case. Not acceptable. On the other hand, staff are great. Polite and helpful.

Estacionamento é cobrado à parte e é muito caro U$60 a diária. Café da manhã não está incluso na diária. Concierge não sabe dar informações sobre restaurantes e não ajuda nas reservas.
