"Well coordinate staff"

Stayed at the Renaissance in midtown for only one day but i can see how well coordinated the staff was. The flying tiger rrstauranr, attached to the hotel, was like watching a week oiled machine. From the kitchen to the front of house., everyone knew their role and it was nice to see. I went down for a late lunch and had breakfast there. Bora served me at the late lunch l, noticed I was on a video conference off my phone and offered a vase for me to prop my phone against so that I was not holding my phone up. In the morning, I watched the staff and noticed he did not let people's coffee cups empty. Robin also working at breakfast considerately asked diners if they wanted a to go cup of coffee.. definitely a pleasant experience.

Location, room size, clean, friendly staff.

Only 1 person at registration desk at 4 pm on Saturday! Shortly after 4 another person came but still confusing the way the desk are located. The lobby was full of people trying to check in. Also need more elevators! 2 working in a hotel the size is not enough!!
