The plug ins didn’t work, needs repairs especially the bathrooms.

Cuando llegamos ya era muy tarde y solo queríamos llegar a descansar, teníamos que hacer el check in y solo había una persona en recepción atendiendo y tomaron tiempo porque estaban atendiendo a otras personas y se hizo una fila larga ya que solo estaba atendiendo una sola persona en el lugar. Ahora sobre la habitación, habían áreas donde no limpiaron incorrectamente, habían pelos en el baño en la parte del lavamanos, en el suelo habían áreas sucias, en fin la habitación no estaba limpia correctamente. Y para mí fue decepcionante, porque me hospedé ahí, porque en tres ocasiones ya había estado ahí y es la primera vez que me entregan una habitación en esas condiciones. Y por último fue que al siguiente día esperaba el servicio de limpieza y nunca fueron a la habitación a limpiarla.

Staff Ms Kimberly was exceptional,very helpful and handled not only me but others as well with a smile and excellent customer service, cause there was a long line and she was the only one at the desk but she didn't show that she was under pressure instead she greeted each and everyone of us that walked in with a smile. People like her make you want to book with the hotel more

They had some people above us with kids cause we were on the 1st floor, jumped, stomped and ran all night until we had to call the front desk. Remind you that it was already 1:30a to 2a in the morning. I think people with kids should be on the 1st floor instead of other guests because of the noise

There were no extra sheets or pillows provided for the sofa bed, which was very inconvenient. The pool was also not very clean — the water appeared cloudy during our stay. In addition, the noise level was excessive. You could clearly hear the neighbors next door talking, and the guests staying above us were stomping and running around very late at night, making it difficult to rest.
