The food was amazing. The service was impeccable. The buffet had great variety and the price was on point. Juganta was an amazing waiter, who was so patient and attentive. It made our meal very pleasurable. We will definitely come again. Thank you.

Great facilities but the staff is not trained well to service clients, the staff pleasant and willing help but lacking training in basic hospitality service. Great management, bathrooms are in need of improvement, outdated, lack of proper maintenance

Breakfast was good. Location was good. The venues for the wedding events were incredible. Also they checked us in early which was great. Staff is very nice

Curtains in the room have holes, there was gum on the floor. Shower head is rusty. You can hear your neighbors shutting doors, speaking etc. The staff was doing construction on something in the room next to us at 8pm, which was very loud. Housekeeping would bring a random amount of towels, usually not enough (one day they bring 2 towels, no bath mat, the next day 1 bath mat and no was cloths, etc. not consistent. Room service usually a hit or miss, half the time they don’t bring a card machine and yet they can’t charge it to the room. It felt unorganized

Room was not clean enough I can share video or pictures. Second floor was really smelly.3rd floor was good.

Dirty room all over on second floor . Then they changed my room. Bar area smells like rats 🐀.

Worse place I’ve ever stayed. Dirty, dated and smelly. Don’t be fooled by any past reputation, this place is a disgrace.

I was visited after long time I got professional massage here neet and clean room staff are good looking and professional must visit again the peaceful spa I loved the food of cabbana resort....and planning to host my future events at cabbana ...ambiance , there rooms everything was outstanding
