The Cabbana Resort & Spa

Ideally located between Jallandhar and Phagwara for those who enjoy shopping. There's a mall nearby with modern shops, takeaways, restaurants, and a bar. The infamous Havelli and Lucky Dhaba's are a 10 mins drive away as well. Staff were great and assisted with issues very quickly. Restaurant had great service as well.

The room was dirty , washrooms bathtub has marks, The mirror has stains on it

My 3rd visit to cabana over the past 4 years and this is now looking extremely tired, it is not clean food choices are limited and they charge international prices, hotels in Phagwara down the road like the grand ambassador and poonam offer so much more value for money and are cleaner. Staff here walk around like robots, and are not flexible when you need support. The night we stayed a wedding function was going on and the room was vibrating from the music and the hotel didn’t offer any reduction to the room rates to apologise. This was once a lovely hotel but unfortunately not any longer

Rooms are tired not clean and smelt of urine.

Excellent service given by Juganta , his gesture and service was upto the mark.Food quality was superb,non veg platter is a must try. Hospitality of Pooja was also very satisfying.overall a must visit place with good ambience, delicious food and wonderful hospitality.😍

It was an exceptional experience stay at hotel cabbana the hospitality is top notch. The staffs are professional Mr Dilshad hk manager was exceptional the room are clean and common areas well mentioned thanks to house keeping team And all cabbana staff

Hot water would not work, the paint from the walls has worn off. They have patched the bathroom door wall tiles with random color tiles and looks like a circus. Not a 5 star experience as it should be

The food is the delicious i have ever seen after visiting many restaurants chef Deepak suggested me rara ghosht as a main cuisine dish which was very rich in its flavour especially the garlic naan was the best naan I have ever eaten.serviceman mr.lokvisht was also very welcoming and friendly.

We had a very good dinner at Cabanna today (27-Dec-24). It is Really very good food and service is excellent. The chicken, fish, soup are remarkable 😋 Special thanks to Pooja for her super service. Really Appreciate her. Thanks, Kumar Singapore.
