Mosquito in restaurant and room

it was very classy, the grounds were beautiful. lovely place for photos. My son had the pool to himself which he absolutely loved, also loved the indoor badminton court.

locations was perfect

both rooms which were located smelled of damp and they refused to changed the room until the next day. which didnt help my mum asthma

Nice room, nice building, nice pool.

Over priced, staff in restaurant do not know what they are doing, very slow service, machines in gym did not work.

Just what the place looked like at night and views

We had a water leak in the room. We had blood on the bed sheets when we arrived. The food we had to pay for as we paid over 1000 gbp for 2 nights. We called room service for the buggy/cart 3 times as I have a bad leg, but it didn't arrive after being told it's on the way by customer service. The fresh orange juices were watered down, and this messed our stomachs. The customer service and staff communication was very poor. The room stank like sewage overnight and was disgusting. After telling customer service regarding blood, he advised us it is a fruit stain, which it clearly wasn't and didn't offer no refund.

Very Unprofessional staff at check in. Room wasn’t well cleaned at check in and have the housekeeping to cleaned it well. Floors tiles are cracked and AC didn’t work very well. Food was great and I had to extant stay and front desk staff gave me reasonable rate for my third night stay. Amenities were out dated ant it’s not worth staying the price you pay.

Breakfast was poor value for money, you had no la carte option

Rooms were at a very poor level of standard, for example socket plugs were not straight, showers were very good due to head positioning, had to change rooms there some more that the rooms lacked like USB chargers. For what I paid it was a very much a let down, was hoping that out of good will I would get some rebate from the price I paid.
