Bed was too hard

Breakfast and location was the only good thing about the place.

The floors were absolutely terrible. They are patches of stick on carpet that is dirty and coming apart. You can feel the glue with your bare feet and my feet were black.. The beds were ok, possible they are outdated. The quilt that’s given was smaller than the top sheet like top. Me and my husband had to squeeze together to stay warm. The towels are scratchy and small. Basically rag like. The photo of the pool makes it look big but it’s very small and mainly covered in the shade by the building.

Day to day maintenance lacking. Heading toward a major renovation from neglect of small things adding up to major issues

If I could give zero stars I would do to the customer service. The trip started off good with the check inn going smoothly. I would have never booked this hotel if I would have read the reviews. My son woke up with bed bugs in his bed with bites, come to find out they have had numerous complaints about the bed bugs at this hotel. The hotel did give me most of my money back, and offered to give me a free night at the hotel, but why would I want to stay at this location again? The hotel then offered me 1000 points which is nothing. I had to throw away my luggage and clothes that were brought into the hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I contacted the Hilton help line and they also refuse to help. It just seems like this is an ongoing problem at this location. I have attached photos also of the bugs and the blood from them that shows they were actively feasting on my child. All they had to do was make things right and they refused.
