Great place tostay any time

Good stay in Chetwynd. Next to good restaurant.

One staff member - a young gentleman working the morning of Dec. 29 was very apologetic and helpful. He was the only staff member to go out of his way.

Very disappointed -- grab and go breakfast when website said full breakfast. I have stayed here before at Christmas and have always enjoyed a full breakfast. I was told at check in about the bag and go because of the 'holiday'. Does it not make more sense to have more staff on rather than less at your busy times? Also the sign out front of the hotel said 'pool was up and running' and the waterslide sign was lite up -- the pool and hot tub were both down. Coffee and hot water in lobby were always empty.

over this past year the pool and hot tub are rarely open. always getting repaired. the reason we pay their high room rates is to enjoy the pool and hot tub during ou stay

This is a sure bet when staying in the Chetwyd area. Large and spacious rooms with kitchen is a huge plus! Staff are very friendly, making the stay enjoyable!
