EL personal del hotel super amable y muy cercano, la decoracion las habitaciones preciosas y comodas, la limpieza y el servicio muy bueno en general

Esperaba que el desayuno estuviera mejor, habia variedad de comida pero era un poco insipida.

absolument rien très déçu.

Le personnel de la restauration ne sont pas du tout professionnel, attendre 20 minutes pour avoir une bouteille d'eau. Le couscous était médiocre. Les détecteurs de lumière dans les hall je trouve cela pas du tout normal pour un soit disant 5 étoiles. L'expresso payant.

Food is too expensive and not great. I asked for the room to be alcohol free but the request was not fulfilled. The room was great and comfortable. However the food was not great. The breakfast had stuff from the previous days. This hotel is not worth the price and is definitely not a 5 stars hotel.
