I liked the hotel s location, everything s near you especially the Tramway station, also the room was sooo clean, the shower aswell was so clean and the towels were there well arranged and the beds were comfortable the lighting was good. In general all was good. Wish i could stay for more days in there to discover the buffet 😅.

Unser Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel mit Minibar. Lage zur Medina und der Hassan Moschee ist auch gut. Wir sind zu Fuß gegangen. Parken direkt vorm Hotel. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein gutes Restaurant.

Der Check-in dauerte sehr lange. Personal wirkte gestresst. Ausblick vom Zimmer.

Tolles, sehr großes Zimmer, sogar mit Balkon. Geräumiges Bad mit gesondertem großen Duschbereich; moderne und funktionierende Duscharmaturen. Sehr gute Matratze (härter - sehr angenehm zum Schlafen). Riesiges und sehr sauber angerichtetes Frühstücksbuffet, bei dem wirklich jeder fündig werden kann. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Möglichkeit, das Gepäck vor oder nach CheckIn bzw CheckOut sicher und in gesondert abgesperrtem Raum aufbewahren zu lassen.

CheckIn vor Ort dauerte aufgrund gleichzeitigen Ankommens einer größeren Reisegruppe länger. Die Bettdecke hatte am Fußende einen hartnäckigeren Fleck, der vermutlich bei der Reinigung nicht mehr ganz herausgegangen ist - hat uns aber nicht beeinträchtigt.

Staff was very service oriented. Hotel is proximate to many aspects of Casablanca. One can walk to the Hassan II Mosque if one is feeling energetic and adventurous. Old Medina is also close.

They want you to turn your key in when leaving the hotel for a while. There was a bar within a couple blocks of the hotel but I was told I would need to take a taxi.
