Posizione e la struttura curata è bella

Check in che si basava su app per aprire la porta della camera, che non funzionava. Lo staff ha comunque risolto il problema abbastanza velocemente. Inoltre la stanza (il bagno in particolare) per quanto curata e bella, era veramente piccola

my opinion doesn’t really matter. you should stay in room 10, and let me know your thoughts. (i left my stay one day early)….

We were unable to get into our room that we had to wait for the housekeeper to call her boss. We tried to get a hold of the contact person, but the voicemail was full We did not get in until 430 instead of three. Our room did not have a bathroom we had to go across the hallway. Got fleabites on our feet and the room was not very clean. It was very noisy and we did not have any air-conditioning we will not be going back.

Charming with well appointed rooms and common spaces. Incredible location. Quiet space while excellent restaurants and activities are right out the door.

Self checkin a little bit tedious for travellers from abroad (need to download app that sends code to phone etc...)

Location

Requested to drop off suitcases early. Called in advance and was told no problem, just call day of checkin. Also requested cot/futon and they indicated possible again advising to call day of check in. Called day of check in am. Advised unable to accommodate extra bed and we could leave our bags by the employee door unlocked in lobby. I pursued and they agreed to have room ready for early check in at 12:30.

The bed was comfortable

No one called to say it was ready, I had to call We were not aware the bathroom was not inside the room Only one outlet to charge phones not by the nightstands Probably will not stay again
