Washington Square Inn

The place is clean and in a good location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

It was a little bit cold insight and I really did not like that there was no staff. You need to work with the phone key app and code to get insight into the hotel and your room. It sometimes takes time to get in your room.

I liked the location of the property, close to the pier and walking distance to other major points of the city.

I think the property is in need of some major work. The carpet throughout was unclean, and the amenities were falling apart. I also think you could offer a wider range for breakfast & coffee/tea. We also didn’t like the openkey app for entry either.

Very convenient. Our granddaughter was Queen for SF Columbus Day celebration. The hotel is convenient and clean.

I hate the Open key. We have issues every time and I always have to call them to resend key. It is a very bad situation. We have stayed there for the last few years. Also hair blower in room 1 needs to be replaced and can you please wrap the bed legs. Everyone stubs their. toe At least 4 or 5 times daily!

Location. Ambience. Very helpful cleaner. Nice coffee.

Awesome spot

The openkey app doesnt send messages. I had to wait at least two hours in total for this app so that I can enter my room. Time is the most inexpensive thing in the world yet there is not even a single person in the building to get help. I need to wait till someone sees the message on booking.com
