Convenient, right in North Beach

Do not book any rooms that say “private external bathroom”. It means that your bathroom is outside your room across the hall. Very inconvenient especially when you have to get up during the night to pee. If you sleep with very little on, then you have to get more covered up so you don’t run into other guests in hall. Bathroom very clean but really needs a chair so a guest can sit while changing instead of sitting on the weak toilet seat. Somebody didn’t think about all this. The bedroom also needs a chair for comfort. Whoever heard of a hotel room that does not have a chair. The room is not welcoming.

Location was excellent in the North Shore neighborhood. Close to Little Italy, Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39

My bathroom was across the hall and separate from my room which was a little odd

That we had more than one room that we could sit and visit.

No room to open our luggage in the room.
