"I have gotten better value in the area at other properties."

The location, available parking, and ease of getting in & out was good.

The lighting was poor. The breakfast area was small (thinking about adequate seating for our group). One member of our party had plumbing issues with water coming in through the roof of their bathroom. We had to summon housekeeping when we turned down the beds and discovered what looked like old blood stains on the sheets.

Small room Advertised bathroom as accessible but shower was tight, no seat, poor water pressure and poorly lit as was the entire bathroom. Towels were clean, but well worn. Had a "stomper" in the room above. Probably would stay elsewhere next trip.

We really enjoyed that we were within walking distance to the Dalton Defenders Museum and the activities. We specifically came for the reenactment of the Dalton Defenders Day. It was wonderful!

Great location in Coffeyville. Near food and amenities. Also 2 minute walk to the college in Coffeyville. Very clean and breakfast provided.

Second time I have stayed there nothing bad about it.

Better parking for semi truck Room was clean Cooper at the desk was amazing Need to fix dryer in laundry room and add another washer and dryer Business center was not working and hot tub not working
