Best Western Coffeyville Central Business District Inn and Suites

First put into a room with no tub facet, desk clerk was very apologetic and then moved to a different room: There is an overall musty smell to the rooms and I wish the hot tub worked. There needs to be some investment back into the facility.

We had a medical procedure in the area and needed a clean and quiet place to stay. Unfortunately that is not what we received There is a busy train track super close. The dust ruffle was stained by something i dare not say what i think it is. The shower had a crack with mold growing under it. The lampshades were stained and broken. The phone didn’t work. There was a foul sewer smell. Was informed when we left that they are having sewage problems. There were only single men staying here from what i could see. Kinda got a weird vibe. Have lots of friends coming to the area for the same procedure and will absolutely be making sure they don’t stay here.

For the most part the hotel was acceptable. We were disappointed that the rooms were not connected or even on the same floor for that matter. The breakfast buffet was adequate but started to run out of items and coffee an hour before it was scheduled to close.

This was a trip for our family reunion. The hotel was terrible we didn’t get any room service during the three day. The elevator didn’t work properly and my son is in a wheelchair? We were on the third floor. We also had bugs in our room that I?

The location. The clerks. Lots of parking.

Not cleaning the bathroom floors. Something VERY slick was on the floor and I slipped big time in my socks. I had to go to the desk and get a TV tuner. Went to make coffee and had empty wrappers, no coffee. The fridge was off and had to turn it on. And the phone was all twisted up and kept getting dial tone as the receiver wouldn't stay on the base. The maid (owner?) kept trying to rush me out even though I had a late check out, she didn't understand what I was saying, just a lot of hand signals.
