"Heat not working and bed bugs"

The first night, the heat did NOT work and at 3 am they moved me to another room so I did not really sleep much. The next room I was in had BED BUGS. I found a big one, alive in my bed. I had already showered and I packed up my stuff and RAN out. I was so upset that I threw up in their lobby! Hotels.com did refund my company

Staff was excellent, one of the best breakfasts I've had in town. Only down side was the pool and hot tub were down but if this had been available would have been a perfect 10. Thanks!
