Best Western Coffeyville Central Business District Inn and Suites

Gentleman night clerk named Austin on Saturday night was super helpful to my group; found us a place to play cards. He should be commended for his friendliness and resourcefulness.

Seemed to be some staffing issues at certain times. Hot tub listed as amenities but not working. Housekeeping came early, asked to return but they actually never returned to our room to collect towels, etc.

This facility is great! They had a class reunion and a good sized wedding party the same weekend we were there just for the weekend. There was no discernible noise, a rooms or comfortable, beds were great, walk-in showers, the breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage patties, which were good for those of us eating more Keto. as well as Bagels cereal and Waffles. The facility was easy in and out. If we are in Coffeyville again we will be staying there again!

There was a pubic hair on the top of the toilet tank. There were small hairs in the crack where the floor meets the bathtub. The shower curtain had brown marks on it that looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. There were 2 big brown marks on the shower walls that looked like dirty hand marks. There was a greasy spot on the bedroom mirror. The curtain over the air conditioner had a brown spot that looked like water damage. There was stain on the sheet. The room smelled like bleach is used on the bedding and towels. After taxes, I paid $120 for a Sunday night. I expect an $120 room to cleaner than this. I won’t stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay. Room was very clean and neat. Easy access to and from. Quiet and staff respected my privacy.

First time here and staff were very friendly and it was clean. Very convenient to what all we wanted to do.

SOLO TRAVELERS BE AWARE - Front desk personnel does not wear any ID or uniform to identify them as staff members. - Evening front desk guy seems to be emotionally troubled as he goes on unannounced, unwelcomed rants about democratic presidential candidates, making guests uncomfortable - Upon checking, evening front desk attendant says your room number out loud for the whole lobby to hear. Extremely unsafe practice.
