Best Western Coffeyville Central Business District Inn and Suites

The staff was friendly and the location was good.

The pool was closed and the gym doors and vending/ice machines were blocked by laundry hampers. I had to change my room after I got there because the one I was given looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or touched in a year. Everything was covered in a thick layer of dust, there was a large crusty stain on the bed skirt, weird stains on the hard surfaces, nail clippings, and a dead spider in the toilet. The new room was better but the carpet still had weird stains and the window was jammed because someone closed the latch improperly and I had to fix it to get fresh air. The free coffee pouches given in the room were also old and tasted terrible. $300 is a lot for two nights and I expected better. Should have gone with Holiday Inn.

We had no problems during our stay, except the water was not real hot. Good breakfast selection. Real accessible and convenient.

Trouble with hot water. It was an okay hotel, but a lukewarm shower was not good.

Beds were worn and we drifter to the middle like a taco

Clean & affordable. The beds were very uncomfortable and made for a restless nights sleep.

No major issues during my stay the bed was super comfy and its super quiet at night. Also the staff is very nice and they make sure you have everything you need. I’ll definitely book again if I come back to work in this area
