Deceptiveness from staff. $10.00 fee for parking was not specified on the booking site but later seen AFTER PURCHASE in tiny print. Then at location, don't know if it was or not. They charged a $10.00 fee for possible incidentals. Immediate charge then when I asked was told by staff that it would be 5 to 6 days for refund to my card. IMAGINE ALL THOSE FREE USE $10.00 COURTYARD CHARGES -- THE AMOUNT OF FREE SHORT-TERM LOAN MONEY COURTYARD RACKS UP MUST BE HUGE.

Good location, clean, friendly staff, nice bar, room was nice and had plenty of space.
USthe food was good. had ham which I hardly ever see at motel also had meat with onions, and pepper which was new and very good
the matress hasn't been flipped and has been slept on all the time, so was very uncomfortable. was better when i moved to the middle of the bed.
Staff is not trained. I asked about parking because I saw signs saying it's pay. Staff said "your fine." Found note on my car next morning with QR code to pay. Asked desk they said if I join Bonvoy it's free or 10.00 per day. Nothing anywhere about paid parking. Fee was 15 per day. Where did they find front desk staff? Took a tiny cart in the empty lobby and said they were small. Desk agreed. Then on the way out saw normal size carts we could have used. Staff told me they "space out" after check out with people checking in. Well that's a great excuse then. Nothing to see here...they must have been watching something on thier cell phones. Useless front desk staff. Still like the property and location and the new Starbucks close by is great.
